How can I book?

Our Summer season is the most chaotic with upcoming Christmas parties etc, so we are attempting a new booking process this year to make it easier for you and for us + our comms! If you want one of the above dates and have read through all the FAQs, then fill out the form below with as much details as possible. When we return from our holiday hiatus we will open our bookings up and contact the people interested through the form.

How long does Pasta Club go for and what happens when we are there?

The standard Pasta Club goes for 3 hours, but you can extend if you would like! Over the 3 hours we will slowly bring out dishes of shared plates filled with overflowing Mediterranean bits and bobs.  You stay seated and enjoy yourselves whilst our private chef and team fill up the tables and the glasses, play the tunes and keep the energy high and flowing whilst you just enjoy the feast with your pals. Its like being at a private restaurant where you don’t have to leave when the meal is over!

What do I need to do or organise for a Pasta Club as the customer/host?

Just figure out who you want at your table and we will do everything else.

How do I pick a venue if I can’t do it at my home?

We have a list of places we frequent and depending on the size of your party will dictate what options you have to choose from. We tend to have 3 types of party sizes, up to 20 pax,  30 and 60+.

How long out from the event can I adjust the guest list and do you do food intolerances?

We have a minimum of 16 pax for a Private sitting, although if you have less people than that we can accomodate but with a minimum spend in place. You can adjust the guest list one month out from the Pasta Club. We offer Gluten Free and Vegan with our menu, must be advised one month in advance. 

Is it all vegetarian always or can I request meat?

Pasta Club was built on the ethos that if you hunt out local and seasonal ingredients and marry them with outstanding cheeses, pastas, oils and spices - you can make magic happen! We stand by this and our concept will continue to play by these rules, especially considering we have a large portion of our community and audience who are vegetarian. That being said, we have had some wonderful events with slow cooked ragu and prawn pastas - so you are welcome to request a part meat menu, but expect still an array of seasonal veggies and fresh bits to bite.

Will Pasta Mama be there?

A 50/50 chance! Unfortunately cloning has yet to happen and she cannot be in two places at once, however she will bounce between Melbourne in Sydney for this run so she may be there and if not, our team is wonderful! If you would like to request P Mami to be on the cooking tools and hosting your event, pop that into the form below.

Do I need to create a group of people for a Pasta Club or can I buy one ticket?

The above dates are for group bookings, so you will need to book as a group. If you are looking to attend a PUBLIC Pasta Club which is individual tickets, then keep an eye out on Newsletter for these dates. We will host one big Public Pasta Club in each city over December so you can get your fix then!
